Training results are achieved through our tried-and-tested flagship programme, Brilliant Customer Service Training, the definitive one-day workshop, delivered by our customer service training team across the UK and internationally. This one-day training course can be delivered at your premises or company location for a low-fixed fee, and from 2 to 20 people, but around 6-12 people works best.
Should you wish to focus on a particular aspect of customer service techniques, such as telephone, face-to-face, or internal customer service communications skills, we have some variations on the theme that will help you do just that. We can offer a completely bespoke customer service training option (including conference presentations, company away-days, etc.) And we have a number of other workshops combined with a range of related services to support your customer service objectives.
